Course Description
The course runs for five days, from 8:30 am until 5:00 pm.
Participants will learn to identify the interrelationships of a borrower’s various financial activities as presented on a personal financial statement and on a personal tax return as well as how to evaluate the resources available to service debt from analysis of the individual and business financial statements, including the calculation of global cash flow. We will review real estate investments; including owner-occupied and commercial real estate investments, trusts, and pass through entity investments. Participants will learn how to identify the Primary Source of Repayment as well as the Secondary Source of repayment and how to identify and assess the key credit risks.
