Paragon Analysis

During his dozen years in banking, Thomas de Roque noticed that while the most successful banks aligned their credit evaluation, financial analysis and corporate finance training programs with their institution’s credit culture, not every institution knew how to do this. Mr. de Roque founded Paragon Analysis Corp. in 1995 to address this need. He remains its CEO and one of its instructors. He also provides the company’s consulting services.
